Job Title: Digital Service Representative
Location: Mittagong NSW 2575

End Date: 05/08/2026
Pay Rate: $35.80 per hour + Super
Rostered Working Hours: Up to 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week

• Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 5:15pm

Position Description:

A thriving government agency is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Digital Service Representative to join their team at the Mittagong Service Centre. As a Digital Service Representative, you will greet customers as the come in and assist them with a variety of transactions, providing excellent customer service while handling digital systems and technology.
We are looking for a candidate who has strong customer service and digital skills to help our customers efficiently. You will work in a dynamic and busy environment, and you will need to be physically active throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their transactions, providing digital services and solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage digital systems and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Communicate clearly with customers, both verbally and in writing, providing accurate information.
• Handle general administrative tasks using digital tools and software.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 2-3 years of customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills, including typing, using a mouse and monitor, and strong email etiquette.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams.
• Digital savvy with the ability to quickly pick up new systems and technologies (specific software will be taught).
• Experience working in an office environment is beneficial.
• Must be physically fit, as the role involves being on your feet helping customers for some of the day.

Training:
The training program is delivered virtually to prepare successful contractors to perform the role. Upon completion of training, on-site support is provided by colleagues and managers at the centre.

Important Information:

• This role is Service Centre-based, and the successful contractor will be required to work on-site for all shifts.
• Police Check is required.
• Only candidates based in New South Wales will be considered for this role.
