We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to join our team at National Health Recruitment (NHR). In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely and efficient placement of healthcare professionals across various facilities. Your coordination skills will directly impact the quality of care delivered by ensuring facilities are adequately staffed at all times.

Qualification and Experience 

• Previous experience in scheduling, rostering, or workforce coordination (healthcare sector preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Understanding of healthcare staffing compliance and credentialing is advantageous.
