We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success at our Malaga base office. The Recruitment Consultant is crucial in sourcing and hiring top talent, overseeing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding ensuring seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise job vacancies across attract potential candidates.
- Review employment applications to match applicants with job requirements.
- Research candidates that the hiring manager plans to interview, compiling detailed reports on each.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and appointments with candidates via phone and email.
- Collaborate with recruitment and HR professionals to achieve organizational hiring goals.
- Review referral candidates and contact qualified individuals to request applications.
- Plan and execute recruitment events to attract candidates in the local area.
- Contact applicants to inform them of their application status.
- Oversee and conduct new employee onboarding processes.
- Clearly communicate job duties, responsibilities, compensation, and benefits to applicants.
- Gather and analyse information related to recruitment challenges or procedures and prepare reports on findings.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to recruitment procedures or organizational changes.
- Verify employee hours worked and calculate wages accordingly.
- Resolve discrepancies related to payroll and payment processes.
- Advise management on best practices for organizing, preparing, and implementing recruitment and retention programs.
