About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end procurement across chemicals, services, equipment hires and logistics — playing a critical role in keeping operations moving efficiently and compliantly.
Working closely with senior leaders and project teams, you’ll lead supplier relationships, coordinate complex movements across multiple sites, and bring commercial insight to every stage of the procurement lifecycle.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, coordinating complex movements, and contributing to project success through effective procurement and cost control.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning end-to-end procurement for chemicals, consumables, services, logistics and equipment hire
- Coordinating fleet movements, third-party equipment and consumables across locations
- Sourcing and managing suppliers locally and internationally
- Leading contract management and supplier performance reviews
- Supporting project budgets, tenders and commercial planning
- Ensuring compliance with industry, legal and ethical standards
- Carry out market analysis to identify competitive suppliers, TCO and cost drivers.
- Providing expertise in customs, duties and freight movements
- Driving improvements in procurement and inventory systems
- Collaborating closely with operations, engineering and finance teams
About You: You’re an experienced procurement professional with
5+ years’ experience managing end-to-end procurement in complex, operational or project-based environments such as energy, resources, construction or logistics.
You bring:
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing and supplier management
• Strong contract management and commercial negotiation skills
• Experience coordinating logistics, freight and equipment movements
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and high-volume activity across sites
• Solid understanding of compliance, industry standards and ethical procurement
• Strong stakeholder engagement across operations, engineering and finance teams
• Experience within Oil and Gas, procurement systems and driving process improvements (highly regarded)
