We are seeking an HR Coordinator/Office Administration Assistant to take ownership of administrative support for our Brisbane office, providing hands‑on assistance across both HR and general office functions.
This is a varied and hands on role, ideal for someone looking to grow their career in HR and administration while gaining exposure to a fast-paced operational environment.
You will work closely with the HR Team, supporting day to day HR activities while also helping keep the Brisbane office running smoothly.

What You'll be doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping our people supported and our office running smoothly through responsibilities such as:
- Coordinating office operations such as supplies, mail, PO box collections and building management liaison
- Organising internal events such as morning teas, team events and staff celebrations
- Assisting with domestic and international travel bookings for the corporate team
- Providing training and compliance administration support, including licences and certifications
- Providing general administrative support across HR, finance and IT, including purchase orders and credit card reconciliations
- Supporting recruitment activities including job ads, interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes and maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Supporting internal communications, including recruitment campaigns and company updates
- Assisting with tender related administration and general business support as required
Every day will look a little different, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and learning on the job and doing 3 or 4 days in the office. About youYou’ll thrive with us if you are:
- Studying HR, Business or a related field or have at least one year of admin or HR support experience
- Organised, detail‑focused and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a people‑focused HR function
- Positive, adaptable and naturally helpful
- Clear in your communication and confident building relationships
- Happy working independently while still being part of a close, supportive team
We’re flexible, you can work 3 or 4 days in the office, depending on your availability.
