An award-winning production company is looking for a development hire to join the heart of their team, working on a slate that spans pop culture, true crime, biopic and commercial documentary and limited series for premium streamers including Netflix, Hulu/Disney, HBO and Apple.

This role is American stories first, UK stories second, so US sensibility and access is essential.

What they need:

• Ideas - the non-negotiable. You either have the instinct for a story or you don't.
• Confidence - comfortable properly contributing in the room, not just taking notes.
  Writing - strong development writing, treatments, pitch docs, the works.
• Access - relentless, creative access-chasing. Not afraid to pick up the phone.
• Appetite to grow - This role is a one year fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent. There is room for growth in this role, particularly if at AP level, so it will suit ambitious candidates wanting to advance in their career.

This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds development role for someone ready to bed in with a company and build toward more.
