The Work
From small subdivisions and land developments through to major infrastructure, transport recovery and energy projects – you’ll get exposure to the full project lifecycle. The balance of fieldwork, design, analysis, and project management shifts depending on your level and interests, but there’s no chance of being siloed.
  
You’ll work alongside senior technical leaders and principals, with the flexibility to carve out your own niche as you grow. With plenty of projects on and in the pipeline, there’s always something interesting to get stuck into.
  
What You’ll Bring

• Background in civil engineering, geology or earth sciences
• Curiosity about how the ground works and solving complex problems
• Strong communication, organisation and project management skills
• A collaborative, down-to-earth approach
