About the RoleJoining Perks as a
Manager or Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team and our clients' success. Under the guidance of your Director, you will take charge of the day-to-day management and development of your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will oversee the timely and accurate completion of client requirements, act as a trusted advisor and ensure we exceed expectations. As a role model for the wider team, you will embody the values and vision of Perks, supporting the Director in achieving strategic goals. If you are a motivated leader with a commitment to driving results and are looking for an opportunity with a clear pathway into senior leadership, this could be the role for you.
Skills and ExperienceTo excel in this role, you will bring the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- An accounting degree with CA or CPA qualifications.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a professional practice environment (essential)
- Prior experience working in a mid-tier accounting firm (desirable)
- Extensive knowledge of accounting standards
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport and become a trusted advisor to clients.
