The Role:

We're seeking enthusiastic Catering Assistant/Cook to join our catering team on a Part-Time basis. Reporting to the Manager, You'll help prepare and serve nutritious meals that bring comfort and joy to our residents, while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment.

What you will do  

• Preparation and presentation of dietary services, including meals and drinks 
• Assisting the chef with meal preparation, cleaning and general kitchen duties 
• Distribution of meals to residents & dining room services 
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards are met
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all kitchen areas

 What you will bring  

• Food Handling Certificate
• Previous experience in food services or a similar role (Aged Care experience an advantage)
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• A caring attitude and commitment to quality service
• Current NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain) MANDATORY
