A major enterprise insurer is kicking off a critical upgrade of its core insurance platform - moving from a legacy mainframe to SaaS Guidewire Cloud across Policy, Billing, Claims, Digital and Integrations.
  
We’re looking for a high-impact Program Manager who can take charge quickly, manage a large multi-stream ecosystem, and drive two major release drops end-to-end. This is a fast-moving, complex delivery engine with big squads, big vendors and big expectations.
  
What You'll Drive

• End-to-end ownership of two major release increments
• Leadership across 8 Agile squads spanning engineering, product, BA/QA and digital
• Oversight of 4 Senior Project Managers and multiple Product Owners
• Day-to-day leadership of a major delivery partner (Cognizant) including BAs, QAs and offshore teams

  
What You'll Own

• Program governance, planning, RAID and financials
• Senior stakeholder alignment across business, digital and technology
• Driving discipline, sequencing and momentum across all streams
• Vendor accountability at scale - ensuring partner delivery quality + velocity
• Keeping a large, multi-squad release roadmap moving in the right direction

  
What You Bring

• 10+ years Program Management in large enterprise environments
• Experience running complex, multi-vendor, multi-squad delivery structures
• Able to steer 100–200+ person delivery ecosystems confidently
• Strong senior stakeholder presence — able to influence, negotiate and lead
• Insurance / Guidewire background strongly preferred
• Proven success delivering large-scale SaaS or core platform transformation programs
