Emerging Technology Lead – AI, Data & Automation Lead innovation and shape the future of technology in a complex enterprise environment. This role drives the identification, testing, and scaling of emerging technologies — from ideation through to production — while building a small, high-impact team.

You’ll translate business needs into innovation opportunities, develop proof-of-concepts, build business cases, and guide successful pilots into production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate technology solutions to meet business challenges.
• Lead proofs-of-concept and secure business case approval for rollout.
• Use your data engineering or data architecture background to deliver scalable innovation.
• Champion initiatives across AI, automation, and smart manufacturing — from Generative AI to driverless cranes.
• Partner across business and technology to deliver measurable outcomes.

A strategic and hands-on innovator with experience taking ideas from concept to delivery. You thrive in ambiguity, love emerging tech, and can grow a small team into a powerful innovation engine.
