Program Master Scheduler 
Rate: $1,100–$1,200 per day (inc super) 
Term: 6-Month Contract | Major Enterprise Transformation
Location: Sydney CBD | Hybrid (2 days onsite)

We’re partnered with a large ASX-listed enterprise currently delivering a multi-year transformation program valued in the hundreds of millions. Spanning multiple business streams, the program is driving major technology, data, and process uplift across the organisation.

They are now seeking an experienced Program Master Scheduler to join the PMO and help bring structure, visibility, and control to delivery.

The Role You’ll be responsible for owning and integrating the end-to-end master schedule, ensuring alignment and accuracy across multiple delivery streams and vendor partners.

This is a hands-on scheduling position (no direct management) reporting to the PMO Lead, and working closely with the Governance Lead, PMO Coordinator, and Program Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all program streams.
• Conduct critical path and dependency analysis, identifying risks and interdependencies early.
• Partner with program leadership to provide data-driven insights and reporting for governance forums.
• Maintain schedule baselines, milestones, and version control using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
• Support PMO governance and reporting cadence, ensuring consistent alignment across streams.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or Senior Project Scheduler on large-scale, enterprise programs ($100M+).
• Advanced hands-on scheduling expertise with Microsoft Project / Project for the Web.
• Strong knowledge of dependency management, critical path, and schedule risk analysis.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Background in financial services, insurance, or large corporate transformation highly regarded
