Talent Acquisition / Recruitment - Delivery Focus

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis (4 days per week).  
This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role supporting one main client across Accounting, Finance, and Sales functions. 
  
You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from job briefing and sourcing to offer management — while working flexibly between our office, client sites, and from home. 
  
Key Responsibilities 

• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements. 
• Manage the full recruitment process across Accounting, Finance, and Sales disciplines. 
• Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.). 
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure strong cultural and technical fit. 
• Coordinate interview processes and provide regular feedback to candidates and stakeholders. 
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a high standard of candidate experience throughout the process. 
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. 

  
About You 

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally across Accounting, Finance, and/or Sales roles. 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 
• Able to work autonomously and adapt to different work environments (client site, office, remote). 
• Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities across a range of clients or departments.
