Head of Domain Architecture – Data & AI Shape the future of enterprise data and AI.

As Head of Domain Architecture – Data & AI, you’ll lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable, and secure data and AI solutions that power smarter decisions, automation, and personalisation across the business.
This role owns the data and AI architecture strategy, ensuring alignment between technology direction and business outcomes — while driving innovation, integration, and efficiency across cloud, data, and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Data & AI architecture strategy and roadmap across programs and initiatives.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to embed a unified, business-led information architecture.
• Design scalable data and AI platforms leveraging AWS and GCP (e.g. Redshift, Glue, S3, BigQuery, Vertex AI).
• Drive integration and automation through modern tools and platforms (e.g. Boomi, API-first frameworks).
• Champion innovation in Generative AI, advanced analytics, and data automation.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and governance for scalability and reuse.
• Ensure solutions meet key KPIs — architecture fitness, automation, cost efficiency, and business value.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align architecture with strategic priorities.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Data & AI Architects.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ architecture and design experience across data, AI, cloud, and integration domains.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native ecosystems (AWS, Google Cloud) and automation/integration tools.
• Proven ability to design enterprise data and AI platforms that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience driving data-led transformation, automation, and innovation at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior decision-makers.
