Solutions Architect - Digital 

We're seeking a contract, Digital Solution Architect to play a key role in shaping customer-facing platforms across web, mobile, and API channels. 
 
Responsibilities 

• Lead the design of end-to-end digital architectures spanning web, mobile, API, and content platforms. 
• Define solution blueprints that enhance customer experience, performance, and reliability across consumer channels. 
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical solutions. 
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and security standards. 
• Oversee API and microservice integration supporting digital and content-driven products. 
• Provide technical direction and architectural governance across agile delivery squads. 
• Produce clear documentation and reference architectures to support ongoing platform evolution. 

Experience 

• Digital or consumer-facing environments. 
• Skilled in cloud-first architectures, particularly AWS and GCP, with hands-on experience designing scalable cloud solutions
• Knowledgeable in digital technologies including frontend/backend systems, CMS, CDN/WAF, and AI/ML/LLM integration
• Strong understanding of CX-led architecture, including APIs, microservices, and integration design. 
• Skilled in working within agile, product-based delivery models. 
• Passionate about digital innovation and emerging customer technologies.
