We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our clients enterprise technology team, supporting the successful delivery of digital and infrastructure projects.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritise requirements. 
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications. 
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions. 
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of technology solutions. 
• Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 
• Partner with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure solutions align with business goals. 
• Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and assist with business readiness activities. 
• Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring successful project delivery 

  
Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally on technology, digital, or systems projects. 
• Strong understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure, Network and Applications 
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Understanding of regulated environments (CPS230) 
• Insurance Domain knowledge
