Contract Project Manager 
6-Month Initial Contract | Hybrid (Sydney) | Start ASAP

Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver key initiatives across the Corporate and Supply business units.
This is a hands-on role managing multiple concurrent work streams, including:

• B2B Pricing
• People & Culture technology uplift
• SAP-Oracle P6 integration

You'll be accountable for end-to-end project delivery - from initiation through to operational handover - ensuring scope, budget, and governance outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business and IT projects within the Corporate & Fuel Supply portfolio.
• Manage project scope, budget, RAID, and governance in line with enterprise frameworks.
• Drive vendor engagement, including RFx, SoW, and contract management.
• Partner with Change Management to plan and execute business readiness and adoption activities.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams.
• Oversee testing phases (UAT, SIT, penetration testing) and ensure smooth handover to BAU.

Candidate Profile - Must Haves:

• 10+ years experience in IT project delivery within complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end programs (12+ months duration) using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and governance capability.
• Confident engaging with executive-level stakeholders and managing steering committees.
• Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Tools: Jira / Confluence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Project.

Nice to Haves:

• Exposure to B2B pricing or commercial fuels environments.
• Experience managing integration or API-driven technology projects.
