Business Analyst - People & Culture (Contract)
Sydney | 6-Month Contract | HR Technology Focus
 
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a People & Culture team and deliver key HR transformation initiatives. This 6-month contract role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors enhancements and process improvement across a complex enterprise environment.
 
The Role

• Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to capture and document requirements.
• Analyse and optimise HR processes to support organisational strategy.
• Drive SuccessFactors system changes - Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruitment.
• Lead workshops, develop user stories, and work closely with technical teams.
• Support change management, training, and adoption activities.
• Maintain clear documentation, process maps, and test scripts.

 
About You

• Proven BA experience within HR / People & Culture functions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Skilled in Agile delivery, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Background in large, complex organisations is essential.
