The Digital Program Architect will provide strategic and technical leadership in designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital initiatives, with a strong emphasis on billing, subscription management, and customer experience platforms.  
  
The role: 

• Define the target architecture for digital programs, integrating billing and subscription platforms with customer-facing and back-office systems 
• Develop architecture roadmaps to enable digital transformation and subscription monetisation 
• Oversee end-to-end solution design for digital programs, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise standards 
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, data privacy) 
• Architect and integrate subscription and billing solutions (e.g., Zuora, SAP BRIM, Salesforce Billing, Oracle) 
• Support implementation of pricing models, recurring revenue, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition 
• Enable seamless integration with CRM, ERP, digital channels, and self-service portals 

  
Background needed: 

• Strong expertise in subscription and billing platforms (Zuora, SAP BRIM, Salesforce Billing, Oracle, or similar) 
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex, integrated digital solutions across multiple domains (e-commerce, portals, CRM, ERP) 
• Desirable 
• Industry experience in SaaS, telecommunications, media, utilities, or consumer subscription services 
• Digital customer experience platforms, CIAM, mobile apps, and omnichannel engagement 
• Knowledge of analytics, AI/ML, and personalisation in digital platforms 
• Certifications in TOGAF, SAFe, or cloud architecture
