Senior IT Support engineer to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to internal users across Australia.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and administration of IT infrastructure and key business applications. You will work across identity management, applications, and server environments, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations.
We are looking for experienced technical support staff and someone who has between 5-10 years in this type of role.
For this role we are only considering candidates that can get base line security clearance.
