Senior Project Manager – Contract Opportunity

The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex initiatives. You’ll be responsible for driving project outcomes from initiation through to post-implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, execute, and control project management plans.
• Manage budgets (>$5M), resources, and schedules.
• Oversee risk, issue, and scope management with clear escalation paths.
• Lead cross-functional teams of 20+ people and manage vendors.
• Partner with business owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and benefits realised.
• Prepare project status reports and Steering Committee packs; present to senior leadership.
• Ensure smooth transition into production with post-implementation support.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager in financial services or large/complex enterprises.
• Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar, high-complexity projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
• Leadership of large teams across business units and geographies.
• Experience across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Skilled in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ClickUp.
• Certifications (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) highly regarded.
