We’re working with a fast-growing FinTech in the consumer finance space, looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day business operations. This is a broad role covering product, service delivery, collections, customer service, and supporting sales — perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth start-up environment.

12 month FTC 

As Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while helping launch new products and features that directly impact customers. You’ll play a key role in scaling the operation, balancing customer experience, compliance, and commercial outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee end-to-end operations across product, service delivery, collections, and customer service.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to ensure new features are implemented and delivered seamlessly.
• Manage collections and credit processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Lead and support customer service teams to deliver a high-quality experience.
• Work closely with Sales to align operations with customer growth and business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and vendor relationships.
• Provide operational insights, reporting, and recommendations to senior leadership.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience as an Operations Manager (or similar) within FinTech, consumer finance, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of product delivery, customer service, and credit/collections.
• Start-up or scale-up background with the ability to wear multiple hats.
• Commercial mindset with experience working alongside Sales teams.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
