This is a critical role within our technology transformation portfolio, involving the implementation of Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, mobility solutions, identity and access management, and change management initiatives.
 
Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects under the Digital Workplace Program, on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, HR, Facilities, and Communications.
• Manage project scope, schedule, financials, and resource plans.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain a RAID log.
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders and governance forums.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure strong adoption of new digital tools through engagement and change management planning.
• Support user readiness and transition activities including training, communications, and support plans.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, delivering workplace or IT transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, Slack).
• Experience managing projects related to device lifecycle, desktop engineering, mobility, and identity management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working in complex environments with matrix teams and external vendors.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) preferred.

Desirable

• Background in large-scale organizational change or digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with end-user computing (EUC), security, and workplace support models.
