Sales Lead/Manager – FinTech Scale-Up | Consumer Finance

Sydney-based | Leadership + Individual Contributor | 

We’re partnering with a fast-growing FinTech scale-up in the consumer finance space that’s entering its next growth phase. Backed by strong funding and a proven product, they’re looking for a Ales Lead to take the lead on revenue growth—both by closing key deals directly and building a high-performing team around you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and drive high-value deals as an individual contributor in the early stages
• Build and lead a small sales team, scaling the function as the business grows
• Shape and execute the go-to-market and commercial strategy
• Collaborate with founders and product to align on customer needs
• Track, report, and optimise sales performance and pipeline

• Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally in FinTech or consumer lending
• Strong hands-on sales capability—you’ll be a player-coach in this phase
• Experience scaling sales in a start-up or high-growth business
• Knowledge of personal lending, digital credit, or financial products
• A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
