Technical Business Analyst – Lending | FinTech Start-up

12-Month Fixed Term Contract | 4 Days in Office | Hands-On Role

We’re on the hunt for a Technical Business Analyst with solid lending industry experience to join our fast-moving FinTech team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll be hands-on with UAT, test case creation, defect support, and end-to-end documentation — helping shape the future of digital lending.
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Leading User Acceptance Testing with precision and clarity
• Creating and managing test cases, user guides, and documentation
• Handling defect triage and working closely with devs to get things fixed, fast
• Supporting loan lifecycle features from ideation to release
• Being in the office 4 days a week, driving momentum and collaboration

What you bring:

• Proven experience in business analysis, ideally within lending or consumer finance
• Strong understanding of loan products and the end-to-end lifecycle
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
• Great communicator who thrives in a start-up environment
