Solution Architect – Financial Services

We’re looking for a talented Solution Architect to join a leading financial services organisation, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering modern technology solutions for loan origination platforms. This is a high-impact role requiring deep experience across AWS cloud, integration architecture, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver end-to-end architecture for loan origination, aligning with business strategy and enterprise technology standards.
• Define integration approaches across internal systems and third-party platforms using modern APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native solutions.
• Build scalable, secure, and cost-efficient architectures on AWS, leveraging services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Provide architectural leadership across mobile platforms, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Act as a trusted advisor for architecture governance, ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to turn complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within financial services, ideally focused on loan origination or lending platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, including serverless technologies and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with API design, integration patterns, and event-driven systems.
• Understanding of mobile architecture best practices including security, performance, and user experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
