About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Genesys Solution Architect with a strong focus on chatbot integration to join our team. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement advanced chatbot solutions within the Genesys framework, enhancing customer interactions and enabling a seamless conversational experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and deployment of chatbot features within the Genesys platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into chatbot functionality and solution designs.
• Develop and optimize chatbot workflows to improve user experience and service efficiency.
• Ensure seamless integration of chatbot features with other Genesys capabilities, including voice and digital channels.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to development teams during implementation phases.
• Monitor chatbot performance and troubleshoot any issues, ensuring the feature meets high availability and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot technologies and Genesys solutions to recommend enhancements.

• Proven experience as a Genesys Solution Architect, with a strong background in implementing chatbot solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage, or other Genesys platforms.
• Experience with chatbot frameworks and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders across departments.
