Sales Representative - FinTech (Consumer Lending) - Sydney
Are you ready to grow your sales career in the world of FinTech? We’re an innovative consumer lending company, and we’re looking for a results-focused Sales Representative to join our Sydney-based team.
What You'll Do:

• Make 30+ outbound calls daily to new and existing clients, driving business growth and strengthening relationships
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads within the consumer lending sector
• Present and communicate our product offerings effectively, tailoring solutions to meet client needs
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance brand presence
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to our company’s rapid expansion
• Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to deliver the best solutions to clients

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably within FinTech, consumer lending, or financial services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building rapport over the phone
• Resilience and motivation to handle high call volumes and achieve targets
• Organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the Australian financial services industry is an advantage
