Job Summary: The Legal Manager oversees all legal, corporate, and transactional matters for the company and its subsidiaries throughout the construction and operational phases, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective risk management, and strategic legal support for business growth, investments, and operations.
 Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all legal matters including contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor contracts, service agreements, and construction contracts.
• Ensure legal accuracy, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including SEZAD/OPAZ regulations and other regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee regulatory filings, licensing, and commercial registration updates.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external legal advisors.
• Provide legal support for corporate transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions, restructuring, and financing.
• Conduct legal due diligence and support execution of transactions.
• Advise senior management on legal risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Support investment structuring, land use rights, and cross-border arrangements.
• Manage disputes, claims, and potential litigation, including drafting legal notices.
• Monitor legal exposure and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain internal legal policies and governance frameworks.
• Provide legal training and awareness to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
• Minimum 7-10 years of legal experience, preferably including law firm experience.
• Strong experience in corporate/commercial law, transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Admission to practice law in Oman or another recognized jurisdiction
