- Prepare project briefs for assigned tenders
- Review tender documents and identify gaps or discrepancies
- Conduct bid/no-bid analysis and define bidding strategy
- Distribute tender documents to relevant teams and departments
- Develop tender presentations covering scope, milestones, risks, and strategy
- Coordinate with consultants (for EPC tenders) and send enquiries
- Prepare and submit technical/commercial clarifications to clients
- Conduct site visits and prepare site visit reports
- Obtain quotations for materials and subcontract works with SCMU support
- Coordinate across departments to ensure competitive bid preparation
- Support preparation of technical, HSE, and quality documentation
- Review construction schedules for compliance with tender requirements
- Coordinate bid compilation and prepare Bid Summary Sheet
- Support cost review and approvals with management and stakeholders
- Identify and document risks & opportunities; maintain register
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and arrange bid/tender bonds
- Organize bid finalization meetings with top management
- Ensure approvals as per MOA and complete submission documentation
- Submit fully compliant techno-commercial bids on time
- Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
- Handle post-tender clarifications and contract reviews
- Organize tender handover meetings for major projects
- Prepare lost bid analysis reports for high-value tenders
- Achieve set KPIs and perform additional assigned duties
