Job Purpose: To provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction to the organization, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and competitive positioning in the Manufacturing industry. The CEO is responsible for driving profitability, innovation, and market expansion while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, optimizing resource use, and fostering a high-performance culture. The role includes overseeing all aspects of business operations, from raw material sourcing and production to sales, logistics, and customer satisfaction, while aligning the company's goals with shareholder and stakeholder interests.
 
Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's long-term strategy to ensure growth, sustainability, and market leadership in the aluminium industry.
• Ensure full compliance with environmental, safety, legal, and industry regulations, maintaining a strong reputation and operational license.
• Build strong relationships with shareholders, investors, regulatory bodies, customers, and community stakeholders.
• Overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the company, in line with the approved business plans and budget.
• Contributing to managing the strategic directions of the company's business.
• Developing and managing working relationships across functions within the company.
• Providing inspirational leadership and developing future management talent.

 Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or Chemical) or Business Administration.
• Master's Degree (in Industrial Management, or a related field)
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, or metal-related sectors (preferably in aluminium).
• Strong grasp of financial management, cost control, budgeting, P&L analysis, and capital investment planning.
• In-depth awareness of global and regional aluminium markets, supply-demand dynamics, pricing trends, and competition.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to make strategic, high-stakes decisions confidently.
• Ability to lead organizational change, digital transformation, and cultural alignment across departments.
