Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to oversee IT and OT security management systems, including ISO 27001 compliance. You will be responsible for implementing cybersecurity strategies, managing risk, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with international standards. The role requires strong expertise in IT and OT environments and hands-on experience with ISA 62443 and ISO 27001 implementations.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT & OT cybersecurity management and compliance programs.
• Implement and manage ISA 62443 and ISO 27001:2022 projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation controls.
• Perform IT & OT security audits and gap assessments.
• Manage cybersecurity risk reporting and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and incident management.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance documentation.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and provide strategic cybersecurity consultancy.
• Mentor cybersecurity team members and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent ISMS experience.
• 20+ years of experience in IT cybersecurity management.
• 10+ years in IT & OT systems auditing and reporting.
• 5+ years in OT security and risk management.
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 ISA 62443 and 5 ISO 27001 implementations.
• Expertise in IT & OT cybersecurity risk management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of OT security environments and standards (e.g., ISO 27000, NIST, ISA 62443).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
