Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Splunk SIEM Engineer to lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Splunk SIEM platform. You will ensure threat detection, security monitoring, and compliance by integrating SIEM with various data sources and developing use cases.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize Splunk SIEM architecture.
• Automate deployment, data ingestion, and system health monitoring.
• Develop security use cases, dashboards, and alerts.
• Integrate logs from cloud, endpoint, network, and IoT devices.
• Implement security automation workflows and custom integrations.
• Monitor system performance and manage updates.
• Plan and optimize data storage and retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of SIEM experience, including 3+ years with Splunk.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell) and security automation.
• Strong knowledge of networking, OS, and security principles.
• Certifications: Splunk Enterprise Security Admin, CISSP, CISM (preferred).
