Job Purpose: We are seeking a Change Agent to support the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll. The role involves assisting the Change Manager with implementing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, facilitating training, and supporting end-users during the transition.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in developing change management strategies and plans.
• Support stakeholder engagement, training, and communication activities.
• Facilitate communication between the project team and business units.
• Organize and schedule training sessions and support initiatives.
• Monitor change progress and provide updates to the Change Manager.
• Act as a liaison between end-users and the project team.
• Support readiness assessments and identify improvement areas.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in change management or HRIS/ERP implementation.
• Familiarity with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
