Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll. The role involves designing and executing change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption, and aligning change activities with project goals. The Change Manager will collaborate with project teams, HR stakeholders, and IT departments to ensure successful integration and user acceptance.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute tailored change management strategies.
• Create and own the Change Management Plan, covering stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and end-user support.
• Lead communication efforts between project teams and business units.
• Align change activities with project deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee transition management to ensure business continuity.
• Assess organizational readiness and address gaps for successful adoption.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in change or project management, preferably in SAP/ERP projects.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full SAP implementation cycles.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with ERP or HRIS migrations (SAP HCM or SuccessFactors preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
