Job Purpose: 
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Expert to lead implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SF Payroll solutions. The role involves collaborating with HR, IT, and project teams to ensure payroll accuracy, process optimization, and compliance with local regulations.
 
Key Responsibility: 
1. Implementation & Configuration

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SF Payroll modules (compensation, benefits, time & absence).
• Configure payroll rules, tax tables, and business-specific requirements.
• Integrate SF Payroll with internal HR systems and ensure accurate data mapping.
• Create reports and analytics for payroll insights.

2. Support & Optimization

• Provide day-to-day support, issue resolution, and system troubleshooting.
• Train HR users on payroll functionalities.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.

3. Compliance & Advisory

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
• Advise on payroll-related compliance and best practices.

Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with SF Payroll implementations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax rules, and system configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
