Job Purpose: 
We are looking for a SuccessFactors Employee Central expert to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Employee Central modules. The role requires strong hands-on experience with SF configuration tools and a solid understanding of HR processes, data integrity, and compliance.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central modules (core HR, position management, global benefits)
• Customize workflows, business rules, and data models to meet business needs
• Ensure smooth integration with other HR systems and manage data migration
• Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system optimization
• Create reports and analytics for HR insights
• Train HR teams and ensure system compliance with local labor laws

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with 8–10 years Experience
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
• Proficient in system configuration, reporting, and data management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
• Experience with other SF modules (e.g., Recruiting, Performance, Compensation)
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and project management methods (Agile/Waterfall)
