Job Purpose: 
Our client, a leading company in the Cloud Services and Digital Solutions industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and drive the growth of their Managed/Professional Services and Cloud Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Lead a team of sales and account managers across verticals.
• Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, and service delivery teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular reviews.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and partners.
• Represent the company at industry events and build brand visibility.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 15+ years of managerial experience in business development.
• Proven success in complex sales, especially in cloud solutions and digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies and industry trends.
• Strong skills in sales strategy, forecasting, and proposal development.
• Proficient in sales tools and Microsoft Office suite.
