Job Purpose: We are looking for a proactive recruitment specialist to support our recruitment efforts for clients across various industries. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage job postings, screen candidates, and assist in the hiring process. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about talent acquisition.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Post job vacancies across various recruitment platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct pre-interview calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in recording and documenting key insights during interviews.
• Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Assist in drafting proposals, reports, and recruitment-related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Understand and analyze client hiring needs to source the best talent.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify potential candidates.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: +3 years in recruitment, preferably in an HR solutions or recruitment agency.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
