Job Purpose: We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing brand awareness, and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment. This individual will be responsible for both developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies that directly contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels including lead generation campaigns, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Qualify leads to determine their potential and suitability for the company's products/services. Achieve a target of at least 5 qualified leads per month.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that address their specific requirements. Actively manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Maintain a client retention rate of at least 80%.
• Sales Process & Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Utilize CRM software (specify which, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast revenue accurately.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth objectives of the company. Achieve a minimum of 15% year-over-year sales growth.
• Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate and close sales deals to maximize revenue while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Actively solicit client feedback and address concerns promptly and efficiently. 
• Marketing Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies designed to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This includes market research, competitor analysis, and identification of target audiences.
• Content Creation & Digital Marketing: Develop and implement engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and website updates. Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers actively.
• Event Management & Promotion: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Manage event logistics, including budget allocation, vendor selection, and post-event reporting.
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, ROI). Identify areas for improvement and suggest data-driven recommendations.
• Promotional Materials Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and design effective promotional materials, including advertisements, brochures, and other collateral. Ensure materials are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products/services.
• Website & Social Media Optimization: Optimize website and social media channels to increase traffic, engagement, and lead generation. Monitor website analytics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 years of proven experience in a sales and marketing role, ideally within the AV sector. Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and enhancing brand awareness.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), digital marketing tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Other Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, creative thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
