Job Purpose: Service Engineer and General Technician

Key Responsibilities:

To service, repair and maintain the equipment of the AV department.
To service, repair and maintain the equipment of the service/ LED clients
To assist the AV rental department with loading, setup, execution and teardown of the events in the capacity of Sound, Lighting and AV

Key Requirements:

Should have a degree/ diploma in Electronics
Should have at least 3 to 4 years experience
Should be able to identify problems and repair them in the equipment given for service and repairs.
Ability to engage with the clients and technicians to understand the problem with satisfactory communication skills
Ability to setup a service department with tools, spares and measurement tools
Ability to maintain service and repair logs in a systematic method with reports
