In this Casual position, reporting directly to the Health Hub Practice Manager, the Customer Service Officer sets the standard for the Customer Experience by meeting / greeting, checking in, taking payments and doing follow ups with customers in order to provide consistent excellent service to clients and employees across all services offered through the TUH Health Hub.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide reception services, including in-person and telephone appointments, managing SMS and online bookings, processing payments, and issuing invoices and receipts for Health Hub Services clients.
- Promote TUH products and services, addressing inquiries in plain language through various channels like in-person and telephone interactions.
- Identify and resolve areas of customer dissatisfaction.
- Offer high-quality administrative support, including coordinating with health services managers and TUH teams, data entry, compiling data reports, managing medical records, arranging payments for various health services, and performing general administrative tasks within a team.
- Welcome and check in clients upon arrival, and inform them of any potential delays.

Previous experience working in a Dental/ Allied Health environment and/or experience with Exact software is desired and will help you hit the ground running.
