About the role
As a Customer Service Officer in our Contact Centre, you will play a vital role in supporting our members by delivering warm, professional, and knowledgeable service across all Teachers Health products and services. You’ll be the friendly and reassuring voice that helps members feel valued, cared for, and confident in their health choices.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing genuine, empathetic, and accurate support to members, ensuring every interaction is positive and meaningful.
- Sharing the benefits of Private Health Insurance products and services through clear, supportive communication that encourages membership growth and loyalty.
- Confidently managing member enquiries using in-house systems, while contributing to the achievement of team goals.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to enhance the overall member experience and strengthen customer relationships.
About you Your caring and collaborative nature will make you a wonderful addition to our Contact Centre team. To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- A passion for helping people and ensuring they feel listened to, supported, and understood.
Experience in Private Health Insurance or financial services will be highly regarded, though not essential. Most importantly, you will bring a positive attitude, adaptability, and a desire to make a real difference for our members every day.
