Finishing Supervisor
Location: Dublin 
Salary: €75k-90K + Package

We are currently seeking a Finishing Supervisor to oversee a large scale residential project for a Tier 1 Contractor based in Dublin

The finishing Supervisor will work closely with the Site Management team and will take ownership of the final stages of construction, coordinating trades and driving quality across all finishing elements.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing finishing trades across multiple apartment units
• Managing snagging processes and ensuring timely close-out of defects
• Monitoring quality of works to ensure high-end finishes are achieved
• Coordinating subcontractors to meet handover deadlines
• Conducting inspections and preparing units for client and stakeholder walkthroughs
• Tracking progress and reporting on completion status
• Ensuring all works comply with health & safety and quality standards
• Liaising with site management and subcontractors to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor or Foreman on residential or apartment developments
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and snagging processes
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to manage multiple units and subcontractors simultaneously
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organisational ability with a proactive approach
