The Opportunity
A leading, top-tier residential developer in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team for a major new €150 million project. This is a standout opportunity to play a key role from early stages through to delivery on a high-profile development.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead all cost management activities across the project lifecycle
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
• Oversee procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiation
• Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, and final accounts
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and senior stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on budget and maximize value

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• 7+ years’ experience, ideally within residential or large-scale construction
• Proven track record on high-value projects (€50m+)
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Experience with main contractors or developers preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
