We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team delivering high-quality commercial construction and interior fit-out projects in Canberra.
This role is ideal for candidates currently based in Ireland or the UK who are interested in relocating and gaining experience within the Australian construction sector.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and consultants to coordinate all on-site activities and drive project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily site operations on commercial construction and fit-out projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with HSE requirements
• Monitor programme and ensure works are completed on schedule
• Maintain high standards of quality control on site
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients
• Manage site logistics, materials, and deliveries
• Conduct site meetings and maintain site records and reporting
About You
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or commercial fit-out
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Candidates currently based in Ireland or the UK interested in relocating to Australia are encouraged to apply
What We Offer
�� Salary: AUD $120,000 – $150,000 + Super (depending on experience)
