Role: Site Foreman - Residential (listed building)
Location: South Dublin

We are currently seeking a Site Foreman for a leading Irish construction firm delivering residential, commercial, and public projects nationwide.
  
Responsibilities of the role include:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate site activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
• Supervise tradesmen, subcontractors, and labourers, ensuring work is completed to required standards.
• Manage and enforce health and safety regulations, conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are used correctly and efficiently.
• Attend site meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Ensure works remain within budget and report any cost concerns.
