About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s growing team on residential construction projects across Dublin. The role will involve supporting the commercial management of developments from early stages through to completion. While the focus of the role is residential, candidates with experience in other construction sectors who are keen to move into residential will also be considered.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Residential experience preferred but not essential
Strong understanding of cost control, procurement and subcontract management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams across active sites
Professional qualifications (e.g. RICS or equivalent) desirable but not essential
