We are recruiting for a highly skilled Marketing and Social Media Specialist for our client, a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation. About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will be a key member of our client’s dedicated marketing team. This is a hands-on position that combines digital strategy, content creation, and campaign execution to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
You’ll play a pivotal role in increasing community interaction, managing digital campaigns, and leading the creation of compelling content, including video, that resonates with target audiences. Your mission is to enhance the organisation’s online presence, attract new customers, and strengthen engagement with existing communities.
With your deep knowledge of social media platforms, Google AdWords, and SEO, you will develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with brand objectives. You’ll manage the creation and publication of diverse digital content formats, including social media posts, articles, videos, and multimedia, all designed to boost visibility and deliver measurable results.
Your role will be critical in analysing campaign performance, nurturing online relationships, and ensuring all marketing activities contribute to the organisation’s broader growth objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing and social media strategies across multiple channels
- Design and schedule engaging, high-quality content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and programmatic platforms
- Track performance using analytics tools, identify trends and adjust campaigns to maximise ROI
- Deliver regular campaign reports with insights and data-driven recommendations
- Support SEO, email marketing and broader digital content development
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to execute marketing initiatives
- Ensure consistency in branding, voice and visual identity across all platforms
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools and platform updates

What You Bring - 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital strategy roles
- Strong expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics and similar tools
- Proven ability to run end-to-end paid campaigns and track outcomes
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn insights into compelling content
- Excellent writing, visual and storytelling skills
- Experience managing content calendars, multiple platforms and reporting cycles
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Qualification in marketing, communications or digital media
- Experience in health, aged care or community-based sectors is highly regarded
