Position objectives:
Due to high demand and ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator to join our client’s welcoming team on a full-time basis. As the caseload expands, this position provides the potential to transition into a permanent full-time role.
Our client’s core purpose is to help participants set and achieve their personal goals while unlocking their full potential. As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting participants and their families by helping them understand their NDIS plans, goals, and objectives. You will promote choice, control, and supported decision-making while coordinating both formal and informal support services to ensure participants reach their desired outcomes.
